Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your purchase.

Returns

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and products must be mostly unused. Please email info@alimentalnutrition.com to initiate the return process.

Once a return is received, your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment, minus the shipping fee, within 7-10 days.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send us an email at info@alimentalnutrition.com with photos of the damage or defect, and we will work with you to conduct an exchange.
